No, Dr. Howard does not use DEI practices or principles. Dr. Howard uses scriptural principles to help promote racial unity. DEI principles frequently divide and blame one race while valorizing another. Dr. Howard focuses on the sin in all of our hearts that keeps us from pursuing togetherness, and he emphasizes the need for oneness through the blood of Jesus Christ.

Organizations are in different places in their journeys toward biblical unity. To help those organizations just beginning their journeys, Dr. Howard has a coaching option to help leaders gain a MA degree level of knowledge on biblical unity, belonging, and racial reconciliation in only six weeks.

Absolutely not. Dr. Howard firmly adheres to conservative biblical values regarding sexuality and subscribes to the traditional view of Christian marriage between a man and a woman.

When mentioning diversity, we talk mostly about racial/ethnic diversity, but also about diversity related to age, physical and intellectual ability, sex (only male or female), culture, and socioeconomic levels.
